The “Trusted Traveler Program” for your staff

Expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers at airports across the United States – perfect for your traveling staff.

Upon arrival, your employee just needs to head for the Global Entry kiosk, present their machine-readable passport or U.S. permanent resident card, have their fingerprints scanned for verification and complete a short customs declaration before continuing on to collect their baggage.

Our service free for fully checking & processing an application for one of your staff is $169.99 (payable as a one-off payment through our secure payment processor).

You’ll also be required to pay $100 per application directly to the US Government (for security and background checks).

Your employee must also attend a 30-minute interview at a Trusted Traveler Enrollment Center.

Information

Corporate Global Entry application steps:

1. You fill out the application on your employee’s behalf

2. We create a login.gov profile for your employee, conduct a thorough review of the application and then error check everything before readying it all for submission.

3. The application is then sent to US Customs and Border Protection for review.

4. Your employee will then need to attend a 30-minute interview at a Global Entry Enrollment Center convenient for them.

We are not affiliated with any government agency or body and cannot influence the outcome of your employees’ Global Entry application. However, our knowledge and experience of the Global Entry Program ensures each of your applications stands the greatest chance of being approved.

Our fee of $169.99 only covers our Global Entry application checking and processing service. You will also need to pay a fee of $100 (per application) directly to the US Government.

Refunds can be requested but only if we haven’t actually processed an application for one of your employees. To request a refund, email us at refunds@globalentryprogram.com with relevant details.

Inaccurate or incomplete Global Entry application forms are automatically denied by the US CBP. Should an application be rejected because information was omitted or it contained errors, we cannot be held responsible. The maximum liability for any circumstance will not exceed the price of the service.
